Have place for small band, food truck etc for small weekly events

Add a splash pad / fountain in front of clock tower. Similar to river front park in Cincinnati.

Find a way to incorporate high safety so women and children can actually enter the park without having to worry.

Goebel Park and the promenade should be planned as one connected civic space. Separating them is foolish. This should be our Town Square.

Better connection from Mainstrasse to Devou park

Make the rest of the park feel more open and connected to the bell tower area. The wall of trees and single walkway aren't very inviting

Locals haven't used the park in 20 years. Find a way to keep all of the homeless people out permanently. The homeless ruined it.

Incorporate very, VERY bright lights throughout, and loud horn strobes. All to keep the homeless out. There are hundreds there day and night

Develop tower pavilion as wedding venue, play bells for weddings, and invite neighbors to attend and cheer, applaud, etc.

Redevelop a storage building for lease to business entity that can sell snacks and manage public restrooms.
