The park should be interwoven with a playgrounds, fitness machines, art, native plants. Large empty green spaces don’t attract visitors.

I think we need to get rid of the chain link fence and pedestrian bridge over the 5th street exit ramp - both are an eyesore.

We need to rebuild any lost tree coverage to help dampen noise from the highway. The separate parts of the park should be more connected too
