Project Info
The City of Cincinnati Department of City Planning and Engagement, in partnership with KZF Design, is leading the Roselawn Neighborhood Plan — a community-driven process to shape Roselawn’s next chapter.
The plan will build upon previous neighborhood efforts, including the Bond Hill–Roselawn Plan (2019), and will explore opportunities to improve economic development, housing, transportation, connectivity, and community spaces.
The Roselawn Neighborhood Plan will serve as a roadmap to guide future investment, strengthen neighborhood identity, and ensure that development aligns with the community’s vision, goals, and values.
